We will try to ship orders by every Friday. but since we are now, also a 3,100 square foot, full retail store, web order shipping may be delayed up to ten business days, in some rare cases. Your credit card is never charged until the day your order is shipped.

ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUE TO THE NECCESITY OF FILLING OUT CUSTOMS FORMS AND HAVING TO WAIT IN LINE AT THE POST OFFICE IN PERSON, THERE WILL BE A FIFTY DOLLAR MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING.

RECEIPT DATE WILL BE THE DATE THE uS POST OFFICE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SERVICE GIVES AS RECEPTION DATE. UPON TELEPHONE CALL TO PUDGY BEADS AT 562-427-0018(LEAVE MESSAGE IF NO ONE ANSWERS), CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A CALL WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. IF MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, MERCHANDISE WILL BE KEPT BY PUDGY BEADS AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

1) Buyer pays shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation on national and international orders.
2) All merchandise will be insured when shipped, regardless of value. This protects Pudgy Beads, and you, the customer.
3) Lighter weight merchandise will be shipped by US Post Office First or Priority Class mail, and heavier merchandise will be shipped by FEDEX Ground. Fedex Air is an optional choice by customers.
4) International orders will be shipped by US Post Office Global Express which offers insurance at the lowest available cost. Fedex Air is an optional choice by customers.
5] Pudgy Beads shipping charge is based on actual weight of each order instead of a flat-based charge as other vendors. This means you pay the correct "for your order only" shipping charge.
