1950’s pressed Czech opaque red glass with some really interesting goldstone inclusions, some striped and some swirled. These rectangles have a slight pinch and twist to them. Beads measure approx 18mm long and are sold on strands of 12.

True red beads are hard to find. These vintage Japanese beauties are red-hot. The label says they were made in Japan by Orion Brand. Most of you are already familiar with Cherry Brand so Orion Brand is a new one to add to your list of vintage Japanese beadmakers. These opaque beauties have random striations of a darker red on them. They measure 7 to 8mm because they are lamp work. Strands of 15.

These blazing orange Japanese Lampwork spheres are accented by goldstone spirals and brown and white spots……the bead equivalent of a monarch butterfly.9-10mm rounds are sold on strands of 15.

These vintage Japanese lampwork beads are truly in short supply. The base has striations of varying shades of red with floral impressions of muted bright colors randomly on them. They measure approximately 13-15mm long. There are 4 in a lot.

Rose red vintage reproduction flowers feature beautiful translucent red glass with gold accents. They also have a great pillow center with slightly smaller petals. 16mm. 13 on a string.

These vintage lampwork beads measure approximately 12mm. They have an inner layer of fan almost Coral Orage with a silver foil band and clear glass over the top. They have ridges on the outer layer and this gives them great depth and makes them different. There are 4 in a lot.

These vintage Czech beads look like tiny twisted lips. Clear glass beads with inclusions ranging from rust to ruby, that strung together look like one continuous spiral measure 6mm from hole to hole and are sold on strands of 25.

These vintage bell shaped six sided czech beads have varying shades of opaque creamy Terra Cotta Red with random Black incorporated into them. They measure 15mm hole to hole and 13mm across the widest part of the bead. There are 15 on a string.

These red glazed ceramic cubes are covered in metallic gold spots, each one just a bit different from the next. Each bead measures approx. 9mm and they’re sold on strands of 15.

To me, these vintage Czech beads look like molten lava. Opaque fiery orange glass veiled in a thin web of black. Beads measure approx. 10mm and are sold on strands of 20.

These vintage Blood Red twisted ovals were made by the same manufacturer as BR16. They are smaller and measure 16mm and there are 12 on a string.

If these aren’t just really different, I’m not sure what is. Vintage beads from the Miriam Haskell Collection, each is unique in its’ exact shape and texture, but share a great toasted tangerine hue. If you like big, chunky beads, you’re sure to want a few of these. Approx. 31mm from hole to hole and sold 4 to a strand.

This is another vintage lampwork reproduction we had made for us in the Czech Republic. They have an opaque pink base with copper frit (crumbs) around the middle. They measure approximately 12mm and there are 4 on a string. (This style available in black and pink)

These deep watermelon red crackles have inclusions of either deep red or black. They are pressed beads and the rounds have been molded so that there are flat impressions on all the sides. They truly make a bold, big statement and measure 15mm with 4 on a string.

We had these lamp work (handmade) beads made for us in the Czech Republic. They were purposely reproduced in the same style as some vintage ones we had. I think they did a terrific job. The base color of the bead is a rich red with tiny rose swirls in pink. The roses are surrounded by tiny green dots and there are goldstone trails to. See vintage reproduction at its best in this romantic turn of the century looking bead. It measures approximately 11mm. 4 on a string.

I call these orange tiger stripes. They are Japanese lampwork beads made up in a base color or varying shades of orange with stripes of brown running through them They measure approximately 10mm and vary slightly ion size because they are lampwork. There are 8 on a string.

These remind me of crunchy ovals of ice with orangey, red inclusions. They measure 12mm hole to hole and there are 10 on a string.

These beads make great spacers and the red color is a true red. They are fluted around
the middle. They come in two sizes. There are 40 beads on a string.

R17- is the smaller size and measures 5mm hole to hole and 8mm around.

R17A- 8mm version with 20 beads.

These bright opaque red twisted West German ovals come in two sizes. This one is the larger one and measures approximately12mm hole to hole and 12mm around and there are 15 on a string.

R18A-is the smaller version and measures 10mm but the around measurement is smaller at 7mm. 20 on a string.

These slightly twisted flattened rounds will definitely be added to my collection. They are made with transparent red glass and the rainbow finish is over the entire bead. They are yummy. They measure 11mm hole to hole and 11mm width and there are 10 on a string.

*NEW* – This deep lucious lip stick red bead is definitely vintage. Its a true true red, for all of you who didn't know already the color red has gold in it so todays red has far less than vintage red. The gold is what gives the color its deep rich flavor, and these definitely have the flavor. These dimpled round ovals measure 18mm and there are 6 on a string.

These candy apple red ovals have dimples. They are transparent red but because of the richness of the color you can only see the transparency when they are held under light. They are pretty terrific if you need true red beads. They measure approximately 17-18mm so they are a little on the chunky side. They are lampwork so the size does vary. There are 8 on a string.

I’m sure you’ve seen these around in various colors..we also have them in a creamy green and blue. These are a rich cherry red. They have a rainbow, mirror finish on one side and they are pressed facets and diamond shaped. They measure 10mm hole to hole and 10mm at their widest point. There are 8 on a string.

I call these corkscrews..they are transparent clear glass with opaque orange inclusions. They are vintage Japanese and instead of the ends being flat they are on the diagonal. ..different and just what you need to make the difference. They measure 10mm hole to
hole and there are15 on a string.

These West German pressed beads has a under layer of white with carrot orange over it. The white under layer is etched out of the orange randomly giving this bead a lot of interest. They measure 12mm. 8 on a string.

These dark brick red beads are Japanese lamp work too. They have tiny black dots and splotches around them. They measure between 7 and 8mm. 25 on a string.

These are adorable little twisted orange ovals. They are Japanese lampwork beads and the orangey red color varies in shades as does the size. They measure approximately 11mm long and there are 25 on a string.
